Super interesting talk about gaming, facebook and people - a little long, but worth it. I love how he see ‘beyond the technology’ - sees the inherent human need for gameplay and the psychological undertones for the way we consume technology today.
I’m not sure about the “authenticity” thing though.
I do like the picture of the future he paints towards the end - not for the fact...

On Tuesday - for the first time ever, my Macbook crashed. I’ve had it for almost 4 years now. It was a first generation model too, not that means anything. It was the first Apple product I’d ever owned.

Save Yourself The Time
If you’re like me (ok, I could be alone on this one), you constantly browse your favorite book store, which in my case is Barnes and Noble, in search of new nuggets of knowledge. With my background being in communications (primarly advertising and PR), I tend to stick to that section, always hoping to run across something new and interesting.
